Inspiration Way

This amazing home was a complete remodel down to the foundation. They had this home and the location and the view couldn't be better in La Jolla! They wanted to keep the authenticity of the Ranch home, but update it and make it more transitional. The husband was traditional and the wife wanted it to be more contemporary but warm and cozy. I think we accomplished that in this project. We had the brick white washed and bought this huge mantle to echo the beams on the ceiling. We mounted the TV on the fireplace to create this cozy family room. The outdoor space is amazing with that view and invites your eye outdoors!
