MaRae Simone Interiors, LLC
In some ways, this room is so inviting it makes you think OMG I want to be in that room, and at the same time, it seems so perfect you almost don’t want to disturb it. So is this room for show or for function? “It’s both,” MaRae Simone says. Even though it’s so beautiful, sexy and perfect, it’s still designed to be livable and functional. The sofa comes with an extra dose of comfort. You’ll also notice from this room that MaRae loves to layer. Put rugs on top of rugs. Throws on top of throws. “I love the layering effect,” MaRae says.

Blending exposed brick with graphic prints. Jerrica Zaric Interior Design furnished this open-concept condo that overlooks Milwaukee's Third Ward neighborhood. We paired graphic geometrical, tribal and Asian prints with modern accents and this condo's historical Cream City brick.
The Cousins
The new basement is the ultimate multi-functional space. A bar, foosball table, dartboard, and glass garage door with direct access to the back provide endless entertainment for guests; a cozy seating area with a whiteboard and pop-up television is perfect for Mike's work training sessions (or relaxing!); and a small playhouse and fun zone offer endless possibilities for the family's son, James.
Convenience Concepts
Give your space a handsome upgrade with the Town Square Metal Frame Coffee Table. This charming table blends a classic look with a contemporary design. Boasting clean lines paired with geometric side framework constructed from powder coated metal and manufactured wood shelving, this piece is engineered for durability that is made to last. With an open breezy concept, the bottom shelf is the perfect spot to fan out your favorite magazines and still have plenty of space for storage baskets or to display collectibles. Place this coffee table in your living room, family room or den as a great center piece to tie the room together where you can neatly keep remote controls for easy access to your favorite shows movies or games after a long day. Look for other items available from the Town Square Metal Collection from Convenience Concepts sold separately.
