Hyde Park (After) Condo

When we started you could barely see the floor, this space houses both the homeowner's home offices and before our arrival, functioned more like a storage room. This space is long and narrow and needs to allow both homeowners a place to work from home. We divided the space into two working zones. The front half functions well for an architect. He has plenty of space to draw and access his many design books. The back half functions well for the homeowner's consulting business and keeps the household running smoothly by being close to filing cabintes, fax and copy machines. These newlyweds love spending time together, but didn't really want to share their individual working areas. This space works well for them. It's a clean, organized, mordern space that represents both their personalities.
