Historic District Remodel

This space is part of another rental unit, although this one is part of the main house. Like the carriage house apartment, it has new floors, new walls, fixtures...everything but the original hardwood doors. Because the structure is historic, we could not add new or remove existing windows. This can be a challenge when you want a space to have natural light throughout the day. A window door is a fantastic solution!
