Faux Finish

The walls in this bathroom had not been properly prepared before painting. The previous owner had painted over wallpaper without priming so the paint was peeling off. Upon removal of the paint I realized that the wallpaper had been applied directly to the sheet rock without primer as well. The removal of the wallpaper damage the surface of the sheet rock which was okay because I was going to reseal it and texturize the walls. After re-texturizing I applied metallic paint in conjunction with Sherwin Williams decorative leaves as accents on the wall for a very elegant look. Added a custom built magazine rack to help utilize the space better. Magazine rack is built by WG Wood Products.
