Contemporary family room with an indigenous touch. With its vivid colours, the rug is the focal point of the space followed by the artwork above the fireplace. While rug and artwork spell out indigenous, the rustic furniture pieces support the organic feel of the family room. To create a soothing backdrop, I opted for paint colours and lounge in a neutral palette.
