This project is a series of attached homes arranged along a paseo" or common walkway. Garage access is from the rear off a common alley or "motor court." This arrangement allows for unique unit plans with a variety of unit types. The common paseo spaces are treated with fountains, fire pits and outdoor lounging spaces for neighborhood interaction.
