Elegant Velvet European Bed

Designing this extravagant bedroom for an Opera-themed condo in San Francisco was some of the most fun I've had on a project! We found this regal bed from Artifacts International, and chose a red embossed velvet from Lee Jofa. We had some fun with the tiny cheetah print on the pillow shams too (though it's tough to see in the photo). My clients have two Cocker Spaniels, so even though the bedding is elegant, they wanted it dog-friendly, so it's all constructed from cotton velvets.
