Elegant SoCal Beach Residence

The Dining room is the first space you see when opening the front door so it required lots of extra attention and needed to be spectacular. Every detail was carefully planned out and executed. We designed and installed custom items and features throughout the entire room. The Dining table has an elegant curved base with polished chrome center detail and sits on a custom cut round silk area rug. The area rug resembles the color and aesthetic of sand, tying in the coastal feel. The custom overhead light fixture is made of selenite and draws your attention outside to the stunning views. The Dining chairs were built to perfectly fit the clients, we brought in our upholsterer to form the pitch and specifications so the chairs were maximum comfort level for the clients preferences. The room is framed by the sumptuous custom silk window treatments.
