Dunham Lake House
The new cedar shingle siding is stained to tobacco brown with a bronze metal roof and rubble stone base that provides a discreet and understated image when viewed from the lake. A unique stone fireplace chimney, formerly on the exterior, is featured on the master bedroom interiors. A former interior wood burning fireplace is exposed on the exterior newly created front porch as a welcoming and hospitable gesture. Bluestone pavers clad the porch surfaces as well as the breezeway, screened porch, and terrace. The interiors are filled with light, warm neutral colors, French vanilla cabinets, and stone countertops.
