Dorrance Remodel

This photo is an after shot of a kitchen in distress! We worked with the clients existing refridgerator and range hood but replaced the range and dishwasher. We removed old tile floor and added ceramic wood plank looking floors, removed all old cabinetry and installed custom cabinetry, added a large island with seating, granite, a large copper farm sink, replaced all single paned windows with Milguard Tuscany windows and replaced french door as well with Milguard. We added a walk-in pantry and wainscoating throughout the kitchen, family room and hallway and crown moulding. We re-textured and painted the walls a beautiful soft green from benjamin moore, painted the existing oak nook a soft white and had custom cushions made. We also added the woven bamboo blinds and switched out the old lamp shades in the chandelier with new drum shades. The chairs we found at a consignment store which was pure luck and matched perfectly.
