We used the window wall to build a china cabinet for much needed storage. We used Dove White by Ben Moore, and Painted the insides in a navy blue to add some depth. We used an oversized glass drop crystal chandelier with brass tones, and repeated the brass with the acrylic/brass pulls in the china cabinets. Wall coverings by Schumacher on upper portion of walls

Asian inspired furniture coordinates with items collected through husband and wife’s lifelong love of travel. Rich faux finish accentuated the groin vaulted ceiling and accent niche which has an added floral stencil design.
Organic touches like the plants and carefully selected wildlife scenes help bring the outside in and make this striking room an entertainer's dream.

A bright dining room with lots of natural light in a mountain modern house in Asheville. The room has high windows with great panoramic views.The owners are geologists and have an extensive mineral collection. Creating display cabinets that are integrated into the rooms and highlight the beauty of the minerals was a priority. These minerals and their cabinetry became a driving factor in our design and decision making process and in many cases were a focal point of the architecture and interior design.
