This is the "after" photo of a deck garden makeover designed for the TV show, "Home & Family" (Hallmark channel) by Shirley Bovshow We painted the shutters black and added black accents throughout including window box, vertical planters and Shirley's original, "Nursery Flat Hanging Garden Tool Organizer" made from plastic nursery flats. All drought tolerant plants that can take full sun. Plants are along the perimeter of the deck, leaving a large open space for furniture, entertaining and TV production!
