This is a prebuilt outdoor space.Installation from site work to completion was 2 weeks. The Pavillion is 26 feet long and 16 feet wide. A stone bar with lights to accent the stone work and a farm sink undermounted in the bar island with a chiseled edge were all is prebuilt in our shop and delivered complete. An Island like this can be custom ordered from My Outdoor Rooms and taken off the truck and placed in the outdoor space in less than one hour. Services are hooked up and the customer can be enjoying these products the same day it is delivered.
