We removed the old builder grade carpet from this stairway and while we were refinishing the entryway floors, we tied in the hardwood on the stairs to match. This updated the space while the rich wood tones keep it feeling warm and transitional. We also painted over the golden oak railing to tie in with the rest of the white moldings.
