Cold Spring Harbor Estate

We restored this beautiful and elegant entry portico for a traditional Estate that was built around 1920 to 1930. There were existing built in benches which had rotted out and we designed new solid mahogany benches of a more sophisticated and elegant design. The original benches had been painted white, but the client liked the hew and texture of the natural mahogany of the new benches so much, that they were finished with a clear preservative and left natural.
