Same project: a very special headboard! Material is VIROC, a cement-infused fibreboard, generally used for exterior wall panels. The challenge was to avoid exposing any VIROC edges, as they are very rough and surprisingly fragile. Solution was to mitre all edges and use epoxy filler to form a strong radiused edge. The 3 VIROC panels are supported by an interior plywood box and frame.
