CG Home Remodel

Complete Home Remodel. Clients wanted to update parents' home to be used as vacation property. Construction work was extensive with the complete removal of a brick fireplace in the family room and three additional walls in the original kitchen & breakfast room. This allowed for an open floorplan in the kitchen, breakfast room and family room. Also included remodel of three bathrooms, new flooring, carpet, lighting and furnishings. 3D floor plan submitted for approval prior to construction.
