Boehm After / Before

This space looks like a double pantry that is deep. The 1st one covers up the HVAC that runs to the 2nd level, I was still able to still have a 12" deep storage on the left and 24" storage with roll out trays on the right. Arching the doorway allowed me to run crown around the entire area to join the spaces as one.
