A full renovation for this boy's bedroom included custom built-ins on both ends of the room as well as new furniture, lighting, rug, accessories, and a Roman shade. The built-ins provide storage space and elegantly display an extensive collection of sports memorabilia. The built-in desk is a perfect place for studying and homework. A new recliner adds the right amount of sophistication. The vestibule walls were covered in grasscloth and have a beautiful texture.

A vaulted ceiling in the spacious master bedroom allows sunlight to pour in through the elliptical arch of a pointed sunburst transom and the shallow triple bay of oversized windows below. Roll shades are built into the architecture and at the press of a button the room’s television ascends from the shelf of the window paneling within which it’s otherwise concealed.

This addition gave these homeowners a beautiful master bedroom with built in cabinetry where the TV sits and a raised tray ceiling with recessed lighting.

Jeffers Design Group completely remodeled and designed this 10,000-square-foot Presidio Heights grande dame. This circa 1913 residence was designed by noted San Francisco architect Houghton Sawyer; JDG respectfully preserved the soul of the home while injecting it with new life.
