Bayside Residence; Lovell 2

The living spaces revolve around a central courtyard oriented to capture the vista across the sparkling bay. Oiled Black Butt Cladding is provided with wether protection by sturdy brick elements & wide eaves. Clerestory windows suck in the available norther sun, deep into all living spaces. Materials were selected for their colouration & durability in addition to flame resistance. As sailors we are proud this house is almost invisible from the water. All photography; Brett Boardman
