Bawley Point Retreat

The narrow block of land already had trees down both sides which we needed to look after at every stage. A highly detailed home to construct, the structure is a solid steel frame, infilled with traditional timber frame and insulation materials. Many of the construction details were left to us to devise the best way to put all of the components together. Internal timber floors and handrails create a beautiful warmth and add finishing touches to the home. Features and finishes include Shadowclad wall cladding, freestanding Juliet balconies, stone walls over masonry, detailed timber screens to storage areas and a neat enclosure for the family cats.
