3D Construction Plans, Interior Design and complete furnishings by Village Design Group. Provided oversight assistance with basement construction and remodel as well as detailed plans and furniture layout. Original space was block wall storage area. Renovation included hardwood flooring, wet bar, media area, pool table, built-in cabinetry and fireplace, game table, wine cellar, guest bedroom, full bath, and storage areas.
