Award-winning Condo Kitchen (National IDS 2012 Designer of the Year - Kitchens)

With the condo's concrete walls, ceilings, and floors, we were not permitted to recess lighting or run new wiring or plumbing to certain areas. Our general contractor/architect suggested a solution that allowed us to overcome that and create the illusion of tray ceilings. The result? A comprehensive plan with dimmable, beautiful lighting that allows the homeowner to set the perfect level of lighting for cooking, crafting, cleaning or entertaining. Joy Yagid Photography
