Apartment Remodel

Box Lab designed and remodeled this basement apartment space in Manhattan, Kansas. The 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment utilizes reclaimed wood for the dining flooring and bar, as well as partially exposing the existing wood beams and columns. The basement space makes maximum use of daylighting through glass block privacy windows, and large clear glass windows at walk-out levels.
