Where colorful picture is, we took out a 42" x 78" brick fireplace sticking out into the livingroom. The fireplace removal involved a brick by brick demo through three and a half stories. We added Eclipse Folding Doors to corner of livingroom that fully opens up walls ( 18 feet of opening ). We extended dining room out 6 feet with large picture windows looking out at seaview and forest view, Open concept space was transformed from small livingroom and small dining area blocked by walls and old brick fireplace.
