The home is deteriorating but has much potential. There are structural issues with the floor in the kitchen due to water damage. Floor joist will be replaced, floor insulated and new subfloor installed. The entire kitchen will be redesigned and receive cabinets, flooring, trim, appliances, windows and paint.
