Thank you for all of the helpful hints in keeping out cute but pesky little thieves who love raiding edible gardens. I am certainly going to have another go armed with all of this important information. I’ll keep you posted.

Got animals eating your plants? Me too! It’s hard to keep them out completely. Nets and hot pepper help. Grow peppers and then sprinkle them around.

Whether in ground, raised beds or planters, I have found this book to be helpful for combo planting: "Carrots love Tomatoes"-"Secrets of Companion Planting for Successful Gardening" by Louise Riotte.
