Covers for chairs and couch (if framed are good but material is stained or a little ragged) - ? Cheaper than new chairs and couch? Maybe something to check our!
Use a narrow bed or backless couch(?) that reaches ledge of bay windows instead of built in window seat.
Love the fence/railing on the loft areas but would need a kinder way to get up to it for us senior folks. Actually this would make a nice high area for our cats but vacuuming this space needs some creative thinking...hmmmm.

Cute and uncluttered
This is the perfect set up for an L shaped sofa to be in my living room - under the window and jutting out into the living room and with the TV on the wall. My kitchen is to the right with a wall separating it from my living room just like in the picture. Now I can see how it looks and it looks very good!
