Wish List
EA Bleached wood urns, 15” and 9” tall.
Capel Rugs Evelyn 8x10 feet. I assume 8x10 works better for a 6ft long table? (And would 10x14 be better still?)
Capel Garden Farms RS 9250 7x9’ Black rug. Looking for a rug in the dining area. Dark is okay; Persian or Oriental patterns preferred; busy enough to hide stains a must. ;-)
Capel Garden Farms RS 9250 7x9’ cream rug
EA Jason buffet in Mushroom. 72.75” wide by 36.6” tall by 20” deep. That fits in the buffet nook, yes?
This looks like the Avery table with the Margaux chairs, possibly even in Mushroom. Now to find that buffet...(got it - Jason buffet, also tagged in Houzz now)
Ethan Allen Avery table - 72” long (also extendable), 42” deep. I believe this is the mushroom finish.
EA Margaux side chair. Also comes in arm chair as well. I think this might be the mushroom finish. Will still need to park my carcass in the chair prior to purchase. But then, I warned the nice lady at EA that I was likely buying this fall and winter, not now.
Okay, okay, I can see the point of shades that permit light through the top of the window...
Nice frame.
I like the size of these mirrors. The paneling is nice, but verges on “too fancy”
Closer (though whoever failed to center the lights and the mirrors should be smacked). I’m thinking fairly low profile on any frame, so it doesn’t throw shadows.
I thought about mirrors like this, but I think it gets too complicated in a hurry
I think this is showing a garage door with a vertical split (can these then pocket to either side?)
American Standard Sliding shower door with textured glass. Like the towel bar handle (it’s where the bath mat goes after the shower). Several different widths available.
Hunter 53114 Sontera 52” fan with white/bleached oak blades
Hunter 53062 52” fan with white/bleached oak reversible blades. 3” downrod.
I don’t suppose there’s a way to put the casing millwork around a mirror like a frame?
Mirror options for master bathroom - beveled glass
I don’t have much use for really low drawers like this. Rather have open storage (shoeboxes, off season clothes storage)
I’m not as happy with this laundry sorting method. I think closed hampers make for smelly closets in the long run.
I do keep my scrubs and workout pants folded on shelves in the closet...most shirts (even tee shirts) get hung rather than folded. Same with pants and jeans.
This is an interesting way to sort laundry. Also, in a different house, I might’ve gone for the red laundry machines...
Not a fan of the necklace hangers, to be honest.
Can we show this to the lighting guru over at Ferguson, just to see her reaction to the clashing lights?she would keep a photo of it by her desk to show people what you can’t do! Lol
Okay, I can definitely see the point here...
I do have hangers (not so big, and multi-pronged) for purses too.
I like this for purses. Many of my purses are structured enough so they can stand on cabinets like this, but I do have some big slouchy ones too...
I should go count how many pairs of shoes I have. This might not be a bad solution... really that many shoes?
My butler can live in this closet. He can sleep on the marble countertop(!!)I am sure he would be good looking to!
Here’s the pic from the Hudson Valley catalog, while I’m at it! Good find, I am going to start working on the layout for these. I think Electrical walk through will happen the 8th or 9th? Yeah!!
Hudson Valley Pomfret Pendant. Guess I remembered the name after all ;-)
Another (?) one from the Kichler Everly collection. I like the size of the pendant - and that the pendant opens downward. Three over the island? ...I just looked way back in my wish list and saw that I already put a boatload if Kichler pendants in. So I’ll stop now. ;-)
Kichler Everly chrome/glass pendant. I keep coming back to glass bell/bowl shaped pendants...
White kitchen, hickory flooring
White cabinets, hickory flooring, red “island”
Benjamin Moore Rich Cream on the walls. Might be too yellow for the latitude, though.
Walls Benjamin Moore Mascarpone, paneling Ylang Ylang
Benjamin Moore Ylang Ylang is on these walls
While I like the red-orange pendants, I think that’d be too much with the red island and whatever color the backsplash ends up.
In the proper combination, pendants with lampshades could look nice next to chandeliers with lampshades. Tricky, though. More likely to do two different fixtures for the island and the dining room.
While I like the big glass pendants, I am not a fan of the “Edison bulbs”. The light ends up way too orange.
Yellow tile backsplash
The yellow tile. Not too green, not too orange. (Looking for backsplash in the kitchen). I think the variations in color add to the appeal.
Capel Rugs Garden Farms in Black. Available in 7x9.
