1. Covered area for dining
2. Stone patio that connects to #1 as well as a hot tub area
3. Fire pit and built-in grill
Concerns:
1. Privacy of the entire area
2. Sun and wind considerations
3. Matching the style of our home
4. Building a design that can be done in phases if so desired
Smaller features that we like:
1. Built in shades for the sun
2. Good outdoor lighting
3. Built in stone seating around fire pit
Other:
1. Fountain of some sort (rock fountain)
2. Ceiling fan for new covered area
