Porcelain tile flooring has “a polished concrete sensibility to it, but in a warmer way,” Panos says. The homeowners fell in love with the large-scale tiles, laid in a half-drop, or half-brick, pattern. Panos chose the pendant lights because she liked the glass. “Your eye travels through them so they don’t interfere with the sightlines,” she says.
