I like the layout of this room with the large bath still a focal point near the window, separate shower, sink with bench top space and toilet. Vaulted ceiling too.

I like the flow of this space also it's separate 'rooms' kitchen next to dining table, then lounge next to bookcase/library. All in view of the kitchen and separated from the rest of the house. Good use of a small space.
