Master Bath
For the Master Bath, we need to fit both a hot tub sized soaking tub (Antonio Lupi Biblio XL) and an enclosed shower cubicle that combines all of the functions of a regular shower plus a turkish hammam (essentially a steam shower with a bench and sink–Effegibi, Makro, & Glass 1989 make excellent complete units, and Mr. Steam, Effegibi & Glass 1989 among others make steam modules that can be fitted into a custom built unit), plus either a double vanity or two separate single vanities (preferred), and a locking water closet (because Tim won’t let anyone else in the bathroom when he’s going and that takes a very, very, very long time).
Tim shaves in the shower, and needs a fog-free mirror.
