Whitten Architects 10/22/12 Yes this is a 16" standing seam metal roof. To be more specific the metal is terne coated stainless steel.
RJ Elder Design 4/15/16 This is a standing seam metal roof system with a galvalume finish. It's a standard product that all metal roof manufacturers make, so there isn't a particular brand per se. Any roofing contractor you deal with should be able to source this type of roof for you. We used an ice RJ Elder Design 6/24/15 It is Hardie Artisan Luxury lap siding and it has a 6" exposure.

This modern farmhouse porch railing is made out of clear-coated 2x2 cedar spaced two inches apart. Would that actually be 1.5" x 1.5" with a 1.5" gap then? And out of curiosity, what type of clear coat was applied? Thanks! We recommend checking out the Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore products for the clear coat that best fits the finish you would like. We don't remember the exact measurements, but they were spaced to fit the wood size and porch dimensions for a pleasing effect.
