This was an inspiration to think about lighting ... not sure how to incorporate - but think it needs to be considered.

I like the idea of having a retractible shade built in ... especially while we are waiting for whatever is going to be growing onto the structure to mature

picked this as an alt to keeping sections of the brick wall - which is to create brick footings for the columns (better for water damage to the wood supports as well to get them off of ground level)

if we keep the wall - perhaps we can do some low plantings to from the pool & structure this is the effect
