Like floor, pendant lights, paint/ceiling. I could see something very similar by the bathroom if the stairs don't come in . Also the ducting would probably have to cross the back wall.

Stairs and rock wall. Position of bar. I don't like the wood or metal. Prefer chairs that rotate.
