In white or grey wood. Fireplace on the diagonal is an interesting approach to conserve wall space

Love this concept. Perhaps we could put two husband / wife desks on the left wall, bookshelves on the right wall, with room for a children's project table in the center of the room? We could make the glass panel on the left a door that opens (minimizing any visible change by putting hinges on the left, and the smallest of metallic locking mechanism on the right into the fireplace)?

This is what we'll do in the middle of the room after we get tired and send the kids to boarding school. In the meantime, we'll stick with the table for the kids' projects
