Kitchen will be under "loft" area and open to living-dining area. I want the cabinets to be in an L shape and possibly add a walk in pantry in the corner bend. A kitchen window over the sink is ideal. An Islam work space will be the dividing piece to the living area. Oversized island to add extra storage and bar stools on far side.
