kitchen

We have a double-run galley layout kitchen, approximately 24' x 12'. There are two windows on one of the long walls and a door at the far end leading out to the garage. I would like a glass cooktop to go between the two windows with a long stretch of countertop with drawers/cabinets beneath the countertop. On the opposing long wall, there is a kitchen sink with a small window that is too high up to even look out of. I would like to keep the sink where it is (to keep the cost down) and enlarge the window. On one of the short walls near the exit to the garage, I would like to enclose this area to make a small laundry room/storage room for cleaning supplies. Currently the washer/dryer is in the garage. This could have the sliding barn doors as shown in one of the pictures below or a pocket door. You would go through those doors and be able to exit out the garage. On the opposing end of the room (the other short wall), I would like to leave this area open for a small table. There is also a door on that wall leading to the dining room.

Must haves:

Cuban cement tile floor (I already have this picked out and ready to be ordered, lead time is 3.5 months)
White subway tile backsplash
White shaker style cabinets
Granite countertops
Laundry room in kitchen
Glass cooktop stove between two windows
Smart storage!! I like a little bit of the open shelving concept for frequently used items, like plates/bowls, glasses. Would like open shelving on either side of the cooktop.
Pull-out shelves/pull-out spice rack.

12) range between two windows with double-run galley layout. if we bring in the window above where the sink is now and move the sink to match this picture, this configuration might be a good possibility.
