This type of bench would work well in the corner spot in my kitchen. It's particularly a good fit because the back cushion sits back further than the bench's legs, which will mean it can be flush against a wall without bumping up against the radiator. This bench is probably way too much money, but maybe I can find or make something similar.
This multi-functional table, would be good for my kitchen as it can be as small as a tiny bar table, and fold out to seat ~4. The built in storage could help in the kitchen as well. Given how needs change in the kitchen based on activity, it's good to have a flexible piece like this. Also a piece like this will roll with potential layout changes the the house more readily.
