Today sent online inquiry to DaVinci roofs and asked what they can do to maintain the raunchy feel of this house. They have this pic of gray slate that might work. The roofing on the flat roof in between the gabled roofs is "tpo" a membrane roofing system for very low slope roofs. It is seen very commonly in commercial applications but more and more for residential flat roofs
