The cabinetry colour is Dulux 'Ito'. It's lovely isn't it, we get so many questions about this kitchen, the colour choice is a real credit to the owner.

Wood- Mode Cabinetry finish called #508 Opaque. Unfortunately the factory's finishes are proprietary and I have no other info on it. I would imagine if you picked up a Benjamin Moore Paint chart you could come very close to a match. Try their Early American Traditional finishes.
