39 McBryan Hay River - that wasted space to right when you open the door does into the bedroom -- use even a small bit of that space?
Just the thought..... make since area bit small and have narrow but tall cabinet beside it.

(39 McBryan Hay River) we could keep left side of cupboard with door and 'open' up right side with a shelf & baskets?
This sink idea but combined with the baskets on the floor (because the baskets can be moved to clean)
