@ OH - thank you so much for sharing with the community, very helpful. Your information hit on topics we are now discussing as we finish our new cabinet design. A couple more questions for you...any additional insight/thoughts will be appreciated. As for pushing the range flush (other than 3/8" bumpers on back) to wall is it only because you did not relocate your gas line that you have to be 2.5" out from wall? For us this would be an issue. We are building the cabinet depth to hit a specific spot on range side (just covers gap between range body and door but door still protrudes about 1 inch or so). We have this design based on the assumption we can push the range flush to wall. If gas line is in right spot is this not an issue/we can push flush? Also relative to cabinet depth with our plan the drawer fronts flanking the range would protrude half an inch or so past the range body. We have been told that is not a concern with heat when door gets opened. It is still a few inches from actual oven cavity opening. What are your thoughts on this? Since you mentioned the heat coming out front/top of door brought up this question as well.

Q

Fulgor Range: 2.5" gap behind the range upon installation. Plan for this.

Like the color of the floors. Cabinets too light. Don't like the stainless counter top. Gray backsplash - cool.
