I like the balance between the offset fireplace, cabinets/ledge beneath TV and placement of armchairs in front of the fire / couch in front of the TV. Overall layout is closest to matching what Ive envisaged to date. Id prefer floating cabinets.

I like the feel of the room. Especially the mix of stone and timber on the white. And the white ledge against the stone capping. Furniture doesnt feel inviting, too pokey.

REally like the cabinetry layout - the off-centre of the fireplace; the lip under the fireplace and how it sits at a different height to the black section, mix of colours/mediums, the gap around the fireplace. Ooh love it all!

Really just like this. Pop of colour. Inviting couch. Fireplace ledge.

I like how this feels relaxed and also fresh.

Really like the cabinetry - low, minimal, drawers. Also that the fireplace is off-centre instead of having the tv above a fireplace and then making it difficult to watch tv from a low couch. I seem to prefer using the cabinets as display rather than shelving in these spaces as well.

I like the off-centred ledge for the fireplace

Bright bold playful colour!

Layout again of large modular and 2 chairs (ignoring the marshmellow thingys). None of the styling appeals

Layout. Large L-shaped modular (no chase) with 2 armchairs. Good if the living area feels too big/empty.

Maybe fireplace and Tv incorporated into display shelving - because there really isnt many options to display photos/decorative

Oooh the colour and eclecticism ! Especailly that bold red couch - doesnt look particularly comfy, bit too hard, but wow is it nice to look at! And the rustic elements of the room too.
Love this vibe!!
