Dining room
Mixing some of these colors could be a cool option for the wet bar wall
Possible pendant chandelier for dining room. Would purchase two
Possible pendant with clear glass for kitchen island
Interesting concept for a closet if we wind up putting one next to the sink, although maybe too stylized for something that will be mostly hidden by the door to the kitchen
Lectus is limited as far as what customizations we can make, but I’m pretty sure we can do a vertical pullout like this. The spec book is at the showroom, so I’m not 100% positive yet, but will look into it today!
Notice some shelves have pullouts, there is a cookie sheet divider, and some shelves don’t have anything. We can add pullouts to all shelves, plus spice storage, etc.
Ok guys…notice how the fridge is paneled in. So sleek! It’s surrounded by drawers and pullouts, which we could do. But it will require a new, panel-ready fridge which is an additional expense. But I at least wanted you to see the option. If this is something you’d like to explore further, you could recoup some of the cost by selling the current fridge. Just an idea.
Perhaps, blue, gray or another color of cabinetry would look good in the master bathroom and change things up a bit?
Like this color scheme and this style of wide, rectangular tile flooring. Not crazy about all of the open shelving
maybe too contemporary for our house but I like the style and colors
super cool blue subway tile and double shower
Also like something like this!
Hi these may not be the right colors, but I think this is a really beautiful design
Like the concept of the pull out vertical cabinets and storage on the doors to keep the main cabinet shelves more shallow to prevent stuff from disappearing in the back
Like the fireplace facade
Like the fireplace facade
Really nice design for fireplace and built-ins. Not sure we need the hearth extending out, but I like the stone and color/layout of the shelving
I like how the countertops of the built-ins match the mantle. Perhaps too dark but like the overall look of this fireplace and built-ins
Like the stone facade of the fireplace. More modern than what's currently in the house, but not overly so
Good example of different sized built-ins on either side of the fireplace. Don't love the colors
entryway? Maxim bodega bay $1398
entryway? kichler grand bank $1789
entryway fixture? capital lighting - jude $698
Borghini slab
Option 5: Borghini
Another countertop option. This one is called Ijen.
Option 2 slab. Name: Avalanche
Option 2 installed. I prefer the installation photo of option 1 mostly because it shows how AMAZING it will look as a waterfall countertop. But this one will look just as wonderful. The only difference between option 1 and option 2 is the color. Option 2 has more browns and creams. Option 1 has more grey tones.
REALLY like how this platform both raises the bathtub and creates a step / platform alongside the tub
