I want concrete walkways, possibly mixed with rock on the sides to keep cost down, to keep things neat and tidy. Like the concrete against the stucco instead of grass or dirt areas. Like the clean/neat transition with stucco to hard scape.
This style of hard scape around the house would satisfy the fire guidelines…although I’d like the put planters in later?
I think something similar to this might look good.
Too modern, but like the concept.
Inset ceiling… curtain Rod not showing
Hidden Room. We have a small space inside the master bedroom for this.
I like this countertop and backsplash….back kitchen?
Traditional, classic. ****. Looks like furnishings that may work in a Santa Barbara style home. Don’t want beams in the ceiling. I like the warmth of this style and also want a poster style bed. Not modern though.
Nice style for master on fireplace. Looks classic like it would go with anything.
Another idea for master bed fireplace.
This bedroom’s feature of crown with squared insets, keeps it clean and modern with a traditional feeling. Also like the entrance pop out… not just a flat wall.
I like this faucet and counter color. Just need to be sure faucet has a high arc. Don’t like them too short.
Our master bath on the plans was modeled after this design. Note the barrel ceiling, the partial walls at shower, and the tile inside the shower on the walls. I like the light creamy look with pops of color.
Beautiful, light bath with walk in shower barrel ceiling, etc., I want a vanity where the window is located and thinking about a pop-up counter mirror as shown in one of my photos.Note the partial wall in the shower with a ful wall at the tub. Also like the inset which would be nice with a cabinet or piece of furniture for towel bathtub supplies storage.
Like organization in cabinets along with electrical!
The is the pop-up counter for a mirror at the vanity window. I would like to view the river out the window with a clear view while not using the vanity (hence the lighted pop-up mirror at the counter . Plus we like natural lighting. I like it for putting on makeup…
Lots of closet ideas. Have a big square space in the master and want to utilize it with the best configuration possible. I like how the side walls of the closet cabinets are deep to accommodate the depth of shirts. Our current cabinet configuration is bad.
Pavers of some style would be nice.
WOULD LIKE OUR BAR FO HAVE GLASS AND POSSIBLY MIRRORED. BACK WALL. We want the bottles and pretty glassware, etc. displayed.
Classic and cozy in a large/tall space. Really like all the different elements of style and materials (wood, stone, iron, chandelier, etc.)
This gate with round design of iron reminds me of the gate Tanna was drawing.
Showing this photo only because I Like the graduated landscaping with subtle elevation changes…in lieu of steps since our lot slops down to the bluff. The parkway corridor committee doesn't like our big boulders that we have now, plus they encourage rattle snakes.
These sliding cabinet doors are very nice. Hall closet in gallery. Also like the glass door to the bathroom.
Laundry ideas
Office idea, I love the dark blue, but not sure it would look good. I love the white ceiling with the blue walls...the paint looks glossy. I currently have a desk similar to this. Just don’t want to get sick of it and like bright. Fickle on this one. Desk is kind of like mine if we could change the top and replace the red leather.
Would like an interesting guest bath. I have a mirror I’d like to use from my current home which has family history.
Something like this would be nice for a bathroom in the office bedroom.
Railing only…just an idea
Thinking about a ceiling on the patio that can be wiped down with a long swiffer. Very difficult to hose off a ceiling on the patio when there are speakers, light fixtures and tons of bugs and webs stuck on stucco.
Nice clean look with concrete, pots and turf
Pavers nice
Driveway concrete. Also, look at the lower level horizontal. I like the zip strip curved line the alleviating cracks.
An idea to look similar to a disappearing edge without the cost and maintenance.
Roof of patio… not a bad kitchen either.
Idea for eaves.
Nice kitchen
May leave a space in the underground garage to do something like this later.
For Pat on the bluff
Inset nooks would be nice in the master
