[AM] yes! Absolutely what I have in mind. this countertop does seem to have a gray tone, which makes for a more subtle contrast to the wood than white, and I love that aspect. Would tie well in with the undertones of the concrete floor as well. Thoughts on light gray? In any case, let's go this route (option 1). heres one example of 'no hardware' - this would work well with butcher block counter (if open to this design). (trish) i like this but not painted, i love this look just as it is shown in the picture. (Trish , march 16) Ashley is this where you are landing for the kitchenette cabinet with white countertop and backsplash? I do like it!
basement bathroom - or consider tile to more closely match concrete floor, but with a fun twist in shape. Let me know if you're more interested in one route over the other and I can begin sourcing more on same (Trish) what do you think about wood looking tile? Hexagon is ok, but not large tiles because it looks more mid century modern and i’m looking for mor of an industrial look
(would lower backsplash to 12", rather than 18", so top of micro lands at 66+/-") Wolf 24" E Series Transitional Drop-Down Door Microwave Oven (MDD24TE/S/TH) (subzero-wolf.com) [Trish] nice - I like it!
30" refer https://bit.ly/3LCRinA assume refer only is approved, or require refer/freezer ?
30" refer option (same model as within link on other refer) [Trish] I can’t tell the difference between all these- but I like them all! Is the option stainless vs covered by cabinet material?
ARCHIVE [AM] Per elevation sketch, we're able to fit a 30"W refer (rather than this 24"W). Please see other (2) options. I like it!
[Trish] what do you think of walnut and caramel? Here is the product we plan to use (info from Kevin). https://www.solomoncolors.com/documents/brickform/color-cards/Blush-Tone-Acid-Stain-Color-Card.pdf
APPROVED Love!
IF BUDGET ALLOWS [Trish] yes, but not a must have placeholder for under cab. lighting (discuss with client+sub)
ARCHIVE [trish] i like them. dimmable gimbal option at kitchenette, fireplace, etc
ARCHIVE housing for trim to discuss with sub (or similar)
ARCHIVE [AM] Very helpful note - Yes, I'll check in with Kevin to schedule a call early next week :) [Trish] can we limit the amount of canned lighting? Let’s have a phone call about this. I would like a few well placed cans and a beautiful pendant in the “rec room” , maybe only a flush mount in the office, and still need to discuss cans vs flush mount or pendant in the wine room. The bathroom in the basement could have a can in the shower and one each over the sinks, and we still need to decide whether we put a flush mount in there. However many we get, can we make sure they give off soft lighting not neon blue/green, and i love dimmers! general lighting throughout remodel - Trim for 3.5-Inch Recessed Cans

I like this combo since the sink is already a kind of shaker style, a matching dark grey or concrete chevron tile on the floor and a simple subway (no black line) for the shower?
