Love the floor
Dedicated grill, eating and social space up top and then social space downstairs that uses the space underneath.
I like the lighted stairs
I like the wide stairs leading down to the patio space
Looks like this is 3 tiers. I don’t think the grill would work for us on the lower deck b/c of the winter and snow.

I like the patio cover. One of the issues we have is that our patio furniture gets very dirty because of the tree droppings

I like the lighting in the space under the deck above.
I like the cushioned seating space with the stone
I wish I could have a pool. But, absent the pool, I like the outdoor fireplace, the seating, and the patio cover.
